International Conference on Pig Reproduction (ICPR) 2023
Welcome letter
Given the on-going global COVID situation, particularly the difficulty of being confident that speakers and delegates from different countries will be able to travel internationally, we have taken the regrettable decision to postpone the meeting 2022 for a year. We are pleased to announce that the 11th International Conference on Pig Reproduction (ICPR) will take place from June 4th until June 7th 2023 in the congress venue NH Gent Belfort which is located in the historic city center of Ghent, Belgium. Topics presented at ICPR 2023 include gonads, gametes and embryo physiology and manipulation; pregnancy and mechanisms governing embryo and piglet survival/vitality; genetic, metabolic and nutritional factors affecting reproduction; reproductive biotechnology including genomics, stem cells and transgenesis. The meeting offers a very collegial atmosphere and the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with internationally renowned researchers and specialists in pig reproduction, and the opportunity to network with relevant stakeholders from all over the world. You will also be able to enjoy the local culture and hospitality during the social events as promised at the 10th ICPR in Missouri. We look forward to meeting you all in Ghent!
